Do you sell wholesale and retail?
Both. Stock starts at 1 piece, so retail buyers can check out online; bulk and OEM buyers request a written quote.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 1 piece for stock styles. OEM and private-label MOQ is confirmed with the quote.
Can I get wholesale pricing?
Product pages show the retail unit price in USD. Bulk and OEM quotes are FOB China; no tiered prices are published.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes. Send your logo, label, packaging and target quantity. OEM MOQ and lead time are confirmed with the quote; bulk pricing is FOB China.
Can I order a sample?
Yes. Samples are charged, and the sample cost can be credited against a qualifying bulk order. Confirm the threshold in the quote.
Do you provide quality inspection?
We provide video QC before dispatch. We do not currently publish third-party certifications; tell us if your market requires one.
What are the carton specifications?
Carton packing is confirmed with the order. We do not publish a fixed carton size or weight.
Where do you ship from?
From our stock in Hefei, Anhui, China.
How long does delivery take?
Retail orders leave within 24 hours on business days and usually arrive in 7–12 working days with tracking. Stock bulk orders dispatch in 1–3 working days; OEM lead time is quoted.
How can I pay?
PayPal and cards for retail orders. Bank transfer (T/T) is available for bulk orders; details are issued with the invoice. Bulk and OEM quotes are FOB China.
What is the return policy?
Retail returns are accepted within 14 days if the hygiene seal is intact. Bulk returns are agreed per order.
