Returns

Retail returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and the hygiene seal must be intact.

Contact us with your order number before returning anything. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to the original payment method. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Bulk and OEM returns are agreed per order and are confirmed in the quote or production agreement. Hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
