What is included in video QC?
We record a video check before dispatch: style, colour, size, quantity and visible condition. It is not a third-party inspection certificate.
The detail
The video is checked against the order details. If something does not match, we contact you before shipping rather than sending a substitute.
If your market requires a specific certification or lab test, tell us before the order; none are currently published.
Bulk packing and carton marks are confirmed in the quote.
What to send for a quote
