MOQ & stock answer
How are sample costs credited against a bulk order?
Samples are charged. The sample cost can be credited against a qualifying bulk order; the threshold is confirmed in the written quote.

The detail
The sample is paid at the sample stage. It is not free, and it is not automatically deducted from every later order.
When the bulk order is quoted, we state the credit threshold and the qualifying quantity. If the order does not meet it, the sample remains a sample cost.
Custom samples are quoted separately from stock samples. Ask for both lines if you are comparing a stock style with a private-label change.
