What does a sample approval checklist include?
Check the SKU, colour, size, measurements, label placement, packing and any agreed change before approving a sample.

The detail
The sample is checked against the specification in the quote, not against a generic catalogue photo. Name the colour and size you are approving.
For private label, check the label position, care label, hang tag and packing as well as the garment. Artwork approval alone does not approve the physical sample.
If something is wrong, mark it before production. A corrected sample may extend the timeline and is quoted separately.
