OEM answer
How do I approve a private-label sample before production?
Approve the physical sample with the label, care label, hang tag and packing in place. Artwork approval alone is not production approval.

The detail
Private label starts from a stock style or an agreed custom sample. The base fabric and construction stay unchanged unless a custom development is quoted.
Check the label position, care-label wording, hang-tag attachment and packing. Confirm the exact colour and size on the sample.
Once approved in writing, production follows that sample. A change after approval is a new request and may change cost or timing.
