Who we are
Wholesale Lingerie China is operated by Anhui Shengshi Qingtian Information Technology Co., Ltd. (安徽盛世擎天信息科技有限公司), registered at 合肥市庐阳区阜阳北路948号中正国际广场1幢商202, Anhui, China. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page.
For privacy requests, email yuhua0095@gmail.com, use the contact page, or WhatsApp +86 135 1564 7030.
What we collect
- Order data: name, email, phone, delivery address, order contents, payment status and order history.
- Account data: email, saved addresses and wishlist, if you create an account.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp, including your order number.
- Technical data: browser and device type, pages viewed and referral source, where analytics is enabled.
- Cart session: a session cookie that keeps your bag between pages.
We do not store card numbers. Card details are entered on PayPal’s checkout and are processed by PayPal, not by this site.
Why we use it
- To fulfil your order: taking payment, packing, shipping and handling returns.
- Legal obligations: keeping order and tax records where the law requires it.
- Legitimate interests: preventing fraud, keeping the site secure, and answering your questions.
- Consent: marketing emails and, where required, analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Payment data
Payments are processed by PayPal. We receive the payment status and the email linked to the transaction, but not your full card number. PayPal handles card data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use three kinds of cookie:
- Session: keeps your shopping bag and checkout working.
- Age confirmation: remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older.
- Analytics (if enabled): aggregate page views, used to improve the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block the session cookie, the bag and checkout may not work.
Sharing
We share only what is needed to complete your order or run the site:
- PayPal for payment processing.
- The delivery carrier for name, address and phone.
- Our email provider for order confirmations and, if you subscribe, the newsletter.
- Our hosting provider for running the site.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
International transfers
We operate from China. Where personal data is transferred outside your country, we take steps to protect it and to use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Order and tax records: kept as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- Account data: kept until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep order records.
- Marketing: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Support messages: kept long enough to resolve the issue and improve our answers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete data, where we do not have to keep it;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent for marketing or analytics;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact us with the email used on your order. We reply within 30 days, or tell you if we need longer.
Security
The site uses SSL. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to process orders and support. We do not store card numbers on this site.
Children
This store sells sexy lingerie to adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the site.
