Before you cut a tag or take off the packaging, stand in front of a mirror and move. A piece should stay where you put it.

Level at the back, snug enough to stay. Two fingers under the band, no more.
- 02Cups
Flat against the chest. No gap at the top, no spill at the side.
- 03Straps
One finger under each strap. If they leave marks, loosen them and check the band.
- 04Movement
Sit, raise your arms, walk. If you are still adjusting, change the size.

The care ritual
Keep the lace.
Lingerie dies in the dryer. A short, cool routine keeps stretch, colour and shape far longer than any “delicate” label promise.

Hand wash, or a mesh bag on a delicate cycle. Mild detergent only.
- 02Skip the dryer
Press water out in a towel. Dry flat, away from direct heat.
- 03Store flat
Fold cups softly. Keep lace away from zips, hooks and Velcro.
- 04Rotate
Give stretch a day to recover. The piece lasts longer between wears.
