This store sells sexy lingerie to adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the delivery address is accurate.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email when payment is authorised. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel, we refund the order in full.

Pricing and currency

All prices are in USD. Prices do not include import duties or local taxes; those are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not use invented “was” prices or countdown timers.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. Card payments are handled on PayPal’s checkout. We do not store card numbers.

Delivery

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Tracked delivery usually takes 7–12 working days. See shipping for rates, delays and damaged parcels.

Returns and cancellations

Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery with the hygiene seal intact. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not process direct exchanges. See returns.

Product information

Product images are supplier shots and are used to show the item. Colours may vary slightly between screens and batches. The product page lists the sizes and colours we hold.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us if you believe it has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at scale, or to place fraudulent orders.

Intellectual property

All site text and design are the property of Wholesale Lingerie China. Product images are supplier shots used to show the item. You may not reuse the site content without permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If there is a dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You can also raise a dispute through PayPal. Nothing here prevents you from using a consumer authority or court available to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
