Shipping

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Delivery is tracked and usually takes 7–12 working days, depending on the destination and customs.

Every order ships in a plain, unbranded mailer. There is no product name, logo or category on the outside.

Rates

Flat rate $5.00. Free shipping on orders over $49.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate.

If your order is late

If tracking has not moved for 7 working days, or the parcel has not arrived within 15 working days, contact us with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and either reship or refund the order.

Damaged or wrong item

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it, including the original shipping.

Customs and duties

Prices are in USD and do not include import duties or local taxes. Any duties charged by your customs office are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery with the hygiene seal intact. See the returns page for the steps.
