You can return unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery. The hygiene seal must be intact and the item must be in its original condition.
How to start a return
Use the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will confirm the return address and instructions.
Return cost
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We confirm the return address before you ship.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to show the credit.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We cover return shipping and replace or refund the item.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
Cancellations
Contact us before the order is dispatched. Once it has left the warehouse, use the return process above.
